◆ 생태환경․경제적 파급 효과 커
갯벌 보전본부의 전남 유치로 전남지역은 향후 30년간 생산유발효과 927억 원, 부가가치효과 514억 원, 고용유발효과 2천100명 등 경제적 파급효과가 나타날 것으로 기대되고 있다.
또 세계자연유산인 한국의 갯벌에 대한 체계적인 생태계 보호․관리와 함께 지속가능한 유산관광 등이 대거 활성화될 전망이다.
