다만, 생계급여 수급자, 실업급여 등의 타 지원을 받는 경우에는 지원대상에 해당되지 않는다. 이재민 발생 지역에 재해구호법 등 적용 시 긴급복지지원금을 제외한 차액을 지원받게 된다.
이에 도는 시군에 긴급 복지지원 상담소 설치?운영, 이재민 대피소 등 피해가구 밀집장소에 긴급복지 전문상담사 2~3명을 배치해 상담소를 설치했다.
