직장인 50.6%, 거리두기 연장에도 올 설 귀성할 것

지난해 같은 설문 조사 결과(36.6%)보다 14%p 증가한 수치

설 연휴를 앞두고 사회적 거리두기가 3주 연장된 가운데 직장인 절반 가량이 귀성을 계획하고 있었다.

 

19일 사람인에 따르면 직장인 2044명을 대상으로 ‘설 연휴 계획’에 대해 조사한 결과, 50.6%가 ‘귀성할 것’이라고 답했다. 

 

이는 코로나19가 기승을 부리던 지난해 같은 설문 조사 결과(36.6%)보다 14%p 증가한 수치로, 장기화된 코로나19 상황으로 더 이상 귀성을 미루기 어렵다고 판단한 직장인들이 이번 설에는 귀성길에 오를 것으로 보인다.

 

이들이 예상하는 귀성일은 설 연휴 전 주말인 ‘1월 29일(토)’(42.6%)이 가장 많았다. 본격적으로 친지들이 모이는 설연휴 직전 고향을 방문하는 것. 

 

다음으로 ‘1월 31일(월) 설 연휴 시작’(22.3%), ‘1월 30일(일)’(21.5%), ‘2월 1일(화) 설 당일’(12.3%), ‘2월 2일(수)’(0.7%) 순이었다.

 

귀경일은 ‘2월 1일(화) 설 당일’(41.8%)이 가장 많을 것으로 예상된다. 계속해서 ‘2월 2일(수)’(35.2%), ‘1월 31일(월) 설 연휴 시작’(6.7%), ‘1월 30일(일)’(5.9%), ‘2월 3일(목)’(5.6%), ‘2월 6일(일) 이후’(2.5%) 등이었다.

직장인들은 올해 설 연휴에 평균 38만원을 사용할 것으로 집계됐다. 이는 지난해 예상경비인 30만원보다 소폭 증가한 금액으로, 귀성을 계획하는 응답자들이 증가함에 따라 교통비, 선물 등의 경비가 증가한 것으로 보인다.

 

결혼여부에 따라 살펴보면 기혼 직장인이 50만원, 미혼 직장인이 30만원을 사용할 것으로 예상해 20만원이나 차이가 났다.

 

한편, 직장인 64.9%는 설 연휴 경비에 부담을 느끼고 있었는다, 가장 부담스러운 경비로는 ‘부모님 용돈 및 선물’(48.6%)이 1위를 차지했다. 이어 ‘친척 용돈 및 선물’(14.9%), ‘식비 (외식, 음식 마련)’(14.7%), ‘교통비’(9.5%), ‘여가, 문화생활비’(4.4%), ‘여행 경비’(2.9%) 등을 꼽았다.
