브레이크뉴스 박동제 기자= 영화 <희극지왕>, <소림축구> 등에 출연한 유명 홍콩배우 오맹달(우멍다)이 간암으로 별세했다. 향년 70세.
28일 홍콩 성도일보 등 현지 매체에 따르면, 지난해 간암 판정을 받은 뒤 투병해오던 오맹달은 최근 병세가 악화돼 지난 27일(현지시간) 세상을 떠났다.
오맹달은 주성치(저우싱츠)와 콤비를 이루며 중화권 뿐만 아니라, 국내에서도 큰 사랑을 받았다. 두 사람은 <도성>, <서유기> 시리즈, <희극지왕>, <식신>, <소림축구> 등에서 함께 했다.
중화권 매체 펑파이에 따르면, 주성치는 콤비 오맹달의 별세에 대해 “(오맹달과는) 오랜 파트너이자 친구였다. 아직도 그가 떠났다는 걸 받아들일 수가 없다”고 애도했다.
출연한 영화만 100편이 넘는 오맹달은 지난 2019년 중국에서 흥행한 영화 <유랑지구>에서도 열연한 바 있다.
