영천시, 계약원가심사 운영 평가 우수기관 선정

계약원가심사 제도는 지방자치단체가 발주하는 사업(공사·용역·물품 등)의 입찰, 계약금액 산정의 적정성을 심사·검토하는 제도로 경상북도는 매년 23개 시·군을 대상으로 계약원가심사 운영평가를 실시해 우수 시·군을 선정하고 있다.

이번 평가는 전문성·적정성·독창성 등을 평가하는 정성평가(40%)와 원가절감을 평가하는 정량평가(60%)로 이뤄져 있으며, 영천시는 지난해 291건의 계약원가심사를 통해 13억원의 예산을 절감했고 설계변경 심사제도 운영과 연간 계약원가심사 추진계획을 통해 재정운영의 건전성과 효율성을 높인 공로가 인정되어 수상하게 됐다.
