이수봉 민생당 비대위원장은 25일 브레이크뉴스와 가진 단독 인터뷰에서 “지금 보궐 선거구도는 대단히 잘못되었다. 우선 분명히 말씀드리면 나는 문재인 정권에 대한 심판이라는 것에 동의하는 입장이다. 그러나 문제는 ‘누가 심판하는가?’ 이다. 문재인 정권이 많은 실수를 하고 있으며, 해야 할 일을 못하고 있다는 것에 분노한다. 그러나 지금 우리 정치가 직면한 문제는 누가 심판할 자격이 있는가 하는 문제이다. 신(新) 적폐, 신(新) 기득권이 되어버린 현 정권을 구(舊) 적폐·구(舊) 기득권 세력이 심판할 자격이 있는가? 그리고 그 구(舊)기득권세력이 지방권력을 차지했을 때 과연 문제가 해결될 것인가?”라고 묻고 “지금 선거판에서는 여야가 바뀌더라도 달라지는 것은 없다. 결과가 보이기 때문에 게임체인저가 필요하다고 주장하는 것”이라고 강조했다.

-지난 기자회견에서 오는 4.7보궐 선거(서울시장-부산시장)가 반(反) 문재인이 아니라 반(反) 기득권 선거가 되어야 한다고 했는데 그게 신선한 화제가 되었다. 정확히 어떤 의미인가?
▲지금 보궐 선거구도는 대단히 잘못되었다. 우선 분명히 말씀드리면 나는 문재인 정권에 대한 심판이라는 것에 동의하는 입장이다. 그러나 문제는 ‘누가 심판하는가?’ 이다. 문재인 정권이 많은 실수를 하고 있으며, 해야 할 일을 못하고 있다는 것에 분노한다. 그러나 지금 우리 정치가 직면한 문제는 누가 심판할 자격이 있는가 하는 문제이다. 신(新) 적폐, 신(新) 기득권이 되어버린 현 정권을 구(舊) 적폐·구(舊) 기득권 세력이 심판할 자격이 있는가? 그리고 그 구(舊)기득권세력이 지방권력을 차지했을 때 과연 문제가 해결될 것인가?

▲예를 들어서 부동산 정책 하나만 가지고도 소위 민주당과 국민의힘. 혹은 국민의당 안철수 대표가 내거는 공약에 어떤 근본적 대책이나 철학이 있나? 최근 더불어민주당 우상호 후보 공약을 보니 공공주택을 많이 짓겠다고 하더라. 야권은 민간주도 공급이라는 차이는 있지만 본질적으로 공급 우선 정책이다. 국민의힘은 용적률과 안전진단 기준을 손보고 분양가 상한제를 폐지하겠다고 당 차원에서 공약했다. 국민의당 안철수 대표는 국철·전철을 지하화하고 공공기관 이전 부지 등을 활용해 5년간 주택 74만 6천 호를 공급하겠다고 공약했다. 미안하지만 다 공허한 소리들이다. 이런 공약들은 사실 점점 부동산투기 세력의 밑밥을 깔아주는 결과를 초래한다.

이런 상황에서 안철수 후보나 국민의힘처럼 공급확대 정책만 한다면 어떻게 되겠나? 바로 암 환자에게 암 수술은 안하고 영양제만 잔뜩 먹이자는 주장에 불과하다. 부동산 투기세력만 배불리게 만드는 것이다. 민주당은 좀 더 나은가? 더 문제다. 정책은 마치 서민들 위하는 척하면서 뒤로 결국 기득권세력 편들어주는 정책으로 바뀐다. 역대정권의 성적표를 보면 민주당이 집권했을 때 부동산가격이 더 올랐다. 위선도 이런 위선이 없다.

▲용서는 가해자가 하는 것이 아니라 피해자가 하는 것이다. 이낙연 대표는 현재 가해자라는 의혹에서 자유롭지 못하다. 이낙연 대표의 동생 A씨가 삼부토건 대표로 임명되는 시기 주가가 거의 20배 가량 올랐다. 이건 주식전문가들이 볼 때 문제의 소지가 있다고 한다. 누가 봐도 이낙연 대표 친동생이 대표가 되는 기업이면 이것은 이낙연 테마주로 묶인다. 그런데 문제는 이낙연 대표의 동생은 건설계통 전문가도 아니다. 그리고 핵심 문제는 삼부토건의 실질적 대주주가 동양물산이라는 것이다. 동양물산은 벽산그룹 2세인 김희용 회장 일가 소유회사이고 김 회장은 박정희 전 대통령 조카 사위이며 그 부인은 김종필 전 총재의 처제로 박근혜 사면을 주장하는 사람이다.

-윤석열 검찰총장에 대해서도 사건 축소하지 말라고 했는데?

▲진짜 심판해야 할 대상을 헷갈리게 하기 때문이다. 지금 한국정치의 핵심과제는 ‘기득권 동맹세력’을 혁파하는 것이다. 문 정권 심판도 필요하다. 그러나 그 방법이 잘못 되었다. 국민의당 안철수 후보가 야권 단일화 하자고 하는 것은 신(新) 기득권 세력을 구(舊)기득권 세력으로 심판하자는 것인데 이것은 여우 몰아내고 하이에나 들이자는 이야기에 불과하다. 이런 식으로는 백날 가도 나라가 바뀌지 않을 것이다.

▲솔직히 잘 모르겠다. 다만 해야 할 말을 할 뿐이다. 국민들께서 도와주셔야 한다. 착한 국민이 나라 망친다. 지금은 분노해야 할 때이고 우리 국민은 그럴 자격이 있다. 그 분노를 지금 제가 국민을 대표해서 말하고 있을 뿐이다.
내가 1981년 전두환 군사 독재정권을 향해 화염병을 던졌을 때 이길 방법을 알고 던진 것이 아니다. 질 수도 있고 죽을 수도 있지만 단지 그것이 옳은 것이었기 때문에 던진 것이다.

If the chaebol and high-ranking government officials of the construction capital collide to earn enormous real estate unearned income, what will the hard-working people become? Being a fool. This is a market economy? No, this is an exploitative economy created by vested interest collusion forces sharing national policy information.
In this situation, what would happen if we had a policy to expand supply like Candidate Chul-soo Ahn or the power of the people? It is just the claim that cancer patients should not undergo cancer surgery and feed a lot of nutritional supplements. It is to make only real estate speculators full. Are Democrats Better? It's more of a problem. The policy turns into a policy that pretends to be for the common people and eventually side with the vested powers. If you look at the report cards of previous governments, when the Democratic Party came to power, real estate prices rose more. There is no hypocrisy like this.
Eventually, the Minsaeng Party's real estate policy is to severely punish the information business of high-ranking government officials who have collaborated with the construction mafia and collect their unfair profits. In other words, the cancer mass is removed first. Only then can other policies take effect. Not talking about this matter is cowardly, or it's a match with them. Or stupid...
I am really angry. Our people have been tricked by huge real estate speculation forces and are victims of real estate looting. But the victims are too quiet. Good people ruin the country. However, there is no party in the political world that is raising this issue right now. That is why the political board surrounding the by-election now is said to be a board where no fundamental change can be expected.
-"Is it right that the perpetrator asks for pardon for Park Geun-hye, the president of the Democratic Party, along with Lee Nak-yeon?"
▲ Forgiveness is not done by the perpetrator, but by the victim. Representative Lee Nak-yeon is currently not free from allegations of being a perpetrator. When Lee Nak-yeon's younger brother A was appointed as the CEO of Sambu Construction, the stock price rose almost 20 times. This is said to be problematic for stock experts. As far as anyone can see, if the company is represented by Lee Nak-yeon's younger brother, this is tied to Lee Nak-yeon's theme. But the problem is, Lee Nak-yeon's younger brother is not an expert in the construction industry. And the key problem is that the actual majority shareholder of Sambu Construction is Dongyang C&T. Dongyang C&T is a family owned by Chairman Hee-yong Kim, the second generation of Byucksan Group, and Chairman Kim is the son-in-law of former President Park Jeong-hee, and his wife is the wife of former President Kim Jong-pil's wife, who insists on pardoning Park Geun-hye.
At TrustAll, known as Optimus' slush fund, rent for a photocopier went to Lee Nak-yeon's election office, and a practitioner in charge committed suicide during an investigation. The old and new forces are united in one interest, which should be viewed as a group of perpetrators historically and politically. In that sense, it is strange that Nak-yeon Lee insists on the pardon that the victims of history should do. Of course, the Democratic Party's representative could say it, but he pointed out that it is not appropriate in situations where such a special relationship is being revealed. -You told Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol not to reduce the case?
▲I have doubts about the behavior of Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol. Recently, various suspicions have been raised in the media called Open Sympathy TV, but first of all, if you look at the confirmed facts, even though the Radio Agency commissioned an investigation, it was simply dismissed. The Radio Agency asked for an investigation, and even though there was evidence that it was too obvious to be illegal, it was reduced. In addition, the Haeduk Powerway non-capital M&A case involving the Blue House secretary was also prosecuted with the least number of people. At this time, if properly investigated, the damage of 500 billion won could be prevented. Whose money is all that money? Isn't it the blood and sweat of ordinary people? The responsible person is Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol. In the same way, Prosecutor-General Yoon cannot help but have a reasonable doubt, "Aren't you not free from the vested rights cartel?"
-You argued that the Minsaeng Party's third politics-economy theory is necessary to properly judge Moon Jae-in's regime. What is the third politics-economy theory in a word?
▲ The third politics-economy theory can be summed up in simple terms, ‘clearing the vested interest collusion force and realizing the value of existence.’ Now, the political scene in Korea is very distorted. It seems as if conservative and progressive are fighting. However, this is fiction, and the real fight is the essence of the confrontation between the vested interest alliance and the powerless people. Currently, the political version does not reflect this essential confrontation, but distorts it. This is why the Minsaeng Party exists.
It is not progress or unions that destroy the market economy. It is the vested interest alliance. They take all the unearned income of real estate, and the real companies get their business hunters under the aegis of the financial mafia organization. The market economy cannot develop. The forces that destroy democracy and freedom are not conservatives. It is the vested interest alliance. What freedom or democracy is possible without money? The political world pretends to be unaware of the structural problems that are sucking up the wealth created by the people. They have been hoping to become an unjudgmental power and have had some success.
The current reality of Korea is a very crisis situation. The powerful organizations that move our society, so to speak, are civil servants' organizations and large political organizations are being taken over by these “vested interest allies”. Specifically, they are managed through political funds. As an example, the Optimus corruption case was taken as an example, but this case should not be viewed as simply a power-type corruption or financial fraud. It is a miniature version of the Korean economy.
If it is simply a case of corruption, you only need to pick and punish the corrupt part. However, this corrupt structure is dominating the core of state power, and an invisible structure is being created that rather excludes healthy public officials. That's why someone like Auditor Lee Moon-ok became a whistleblower. The government bureaucracy itself is becoming a subcontractor of a huge “vested interest alliance”. In this state, reform is impossible. But now the politicians are cheating that they can reform. It's an unpredictable sound.
The reason I created the Third Political Economy Theory was to expose the people to the fraudulent behavior of these vested powers and to prevent them from being deceived anymore. It is a kind of practical martial arts manual for the people.
-Why is the Moon Jae-in regime's judgment theory a bad slogan?
▲ This is because it confuses the real subject to be judged. The core task of Korean politics now is to break through the “vested allies.” Moon administration judgment is also needed. But the method is wrong. The reason that candidate Ahn Cheol-soo of the National Party's opposition should be unified is to judge the new vested powers as the old vested powers. In this way, the country will not change even if you go on a hundred days.
In fact, the Moon Jae-in regime would also want to reform. However, the “vested interest allies” that are blocking the reform. There is neither the ability nor the will to overcome the resistance of the huge bureaucratic organizations. Therefore, it is correct to criticize the Moon Jae-in regime in that respect, but in the case of Kim Jong-in, representative of the People's Power or Ahn Cheol-soo, the representative of the National Assembly Party, looking at the point of criticism, it is not talking about the goal to be reformed, but the point where we have been There are many cases.
Even in the real estate policy alone, there is a tendency to blame them by insisting on tax cuts on interests or unearned income of construction and civilians. Since they criticize the Moon Jae-in regime, it is done to attract them as self-supporting forces, but this sloppy attitude cannot guarantee the spirit of the times. In a word, it shows the appearance of being thrown together in a crappy political scene, which is an act of turning history back. Even if it is difficult, we must pursue politics to the end. However, this is not something that a good person can do. This is only possible by political forces armed with values. Meanwhile, a kind of celebrity politics using famous people is also the cause of ruining the politics of the Third Zone. That's why the Minsaeng Party insisted, "Let's judge the vested interest collusion force!" And it deepened this into the third political economy theory.
-Even if that's right, it lacks a lot of realistic power. How will you solve this problem as an outside party?
▲ I honestly don't know. It just says what to do. The people should help. Good people ruin the country. Now is the time to be angry and our people deserve it. I am only speaking that anger on behalf of the people now.
When I threw a Molotov cocktail against the military dictatorship of Chun Doo-hwan in 1981, I didn't know how to win. You could lose or die, but you threw it just because it was right.
The same is true now. What is ruining Korea right now is the vested interest keeper. I am accusing them again before the people. There is no need to throw a Molotov cocktail. I think that it is the development of history that has created a society that has the effect of judging ‘vested rights allies’ by supporting the Minsaeng Party.
Real politics, as Ranciere put it, is that those who have no share demand their share from outside politics to the inside. This is inconvenient for those within politics, in other words, in the vested interest collusion structure.
From the time I raised the basic income movement when I was the president of the KCTU, and when I created the new political promotion committee with the National Assembly Representative Ahn Chul-soo in 2014, what I have been saying is that we must go beyond the existing hypocritical confrontation between the opposition parties. This would have been very inconvenient in the existing politics. However, it is the destiny of the third politics to endure that uncomfortable gaze. CEO Ahn Cheol-soo made this mistake. The electoral engineering view came before values. Being a very realistic person, what I am saying must have sounded empty. So, when I was worthy of the Barun Party, I was actually separated from the political line. In the end, I think the people have an answer to the problem of the Minsaeng Party's survival. However, I will speak confidently without noticing what I will say.
-How do you plan to create a new political version in the 4.7 by-election?
▲In fact, I tried to change the board in the last general election. Before CEO Ahn Chul-soo returned from Germany, I created a solidarity structure with Sohn Hak-gyu, Ahn Chul-soo, and Kim Jong-in and proposed the re-foundation of the Third Zone. I thought that the only realistic card that would make the politics of the Third Zone meaningful was that. I also had a deep consultation with CEO Kim Jong-in. However, in the end, it could not be achieved, Ahn Chul-soo withdrew, and the Minsaeng Party lost in the general election. Since then, the Minsaeng Party is going through a difficult time. However, in Korean politics, the hypocritical conservative/progressive confrontational structure must be liquidated, and the perception that the new third-zone political forces have no choice but to lead the future of Korea is also growing.
The problem is the absence of political forces to secure this aspiration. CEO Ahn Chul-soo is anxious, and the Minsaeng Party is an outside party. It is also true that other third-zone political parties are still lacking. So what I proposed is the'Third Zone Conference'. When the power is weak, they have to stick together. However, it is not just a unity, but the value solidarity has to come first. When you are in solidarity, solidarity is also good when you have clear values. That is why the third political economy theory clarified the value of the party. Of course, some agree and some do not. You just need to solidify around the parts that are agreed upon.
I don't think politics will change overnight. It may be tomorrow or 10 years later. But the important thing in politics is to set values right and not betray them. The Minsaeng Party will never abandon the value of doing real politics for the people.
First of all, I believe that the 3rd zone joint candidate should be made and the mayoral election should be made into a three-way match. Insisting on a two-way structure through unification of the opposition is only an impatience to seize power. You need polysaccharides and you need to be able to resist the temptation to reduce them to double sugars.
If CEO Ahn Chul-soo goes to conservative battles for unification of the opposition party, then CEO Ahn Chul-soo will become the ultimate traitor. The Minsaeng Party will play a role in changing the political game until the end. If an integrated candidate cannot be created, the Minsaeng Party must complete it independently.
