한전KDN은 지난 9월 17일 세종국책연구단지 사회정책동에서 열린 '2026년 공공부문 인적자원개발 우수기관(Best-HRD) 인증 수여식'에서 우수기관으로 재인증을 받았다고 밝혔다.
'공공부문 인적자원개발 우수기관 인증제'는 교육부와 고용노동부가 주최하고 한국산업인력공단이 주관하는 제도다. 능력 중심의 인재 채용·관리와 재직 근로자에 대한 지속적인 교육훈련 기회 제공 등 인적자원관리(HRM) 및 인적자원개발(HRD) 체계를 종합 평가해 우수기관을 선정한다.
한전KDN은 지난 2020년 첫 신규 인증을 획득한 이후, 2023년에 이어 올해 또다시 재인증에 성공하며 지속적인 인적자원 혁신 노력을 인정받았다.
이번 평가에서 한전KDN은 '디지털 혁신, 에너지 대전환을 선도하는 글로벌 에너지ICT의 중심'이라는 경영 비전에 맞춰 '에너지ICT 플랫폼 전문 인재개발 구현'을 HRD 미션으로 설정하고, ▲AI 기반 에너지ICT 직무 기술 고도화 ▲전문 인재 육성 체계 및 조직 역량 강화 ▲자기주도 학습 문화 및 평생 성장 기반 구축 등을 적극 추진해 왔다.
특히 직무 중심의 인적자원 관리체계 고도화와 함께 인공지능·디지털 전환(AX·DX)에 선제적으로 대응하기 위한 'AI 인재 육성 체계'를 구축한 점에서 높은 점수를 받았다. 이와 함께 ▲중장기 경영전략 기반의 체계적 인사관리 ▲기관장의 강력한 HRD 의지 ▲직원 역량 개발 활성화 등 전반적인 분야에서 우수성을 인정받았다.
이번 재인증에 따라 한전KDN은 향후 3년간 Best-HRD 우수기관 인증을 유지하게 되며, 정부 인증 로고 활용 권한과 정기근로감독 면제 등의 인센티브를 제공받는다.
한전KDN 관계자는 "이번 재인증은 미래 에너지ICT 사업을 이끌어갈 전문인재 육성을 위해 꾸준히 노력해 온 결과"라며 "앞으로도 임직원 개개인의 직무 전문성을 높여 에너지산업 발전에 기여하고, 미래 혁신성장을 뒷받침하는 지속적인 HRD 체계 고도화에 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.
