브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 커리어 플랫폼 잡플래닛은 ‘2026 하반기 잡플래닛 어워즈’를 통해 일하기 좋은 기업 59곳을 최종 선정했다고 8일 밝혔다.
잡플래닛은 매년 일하기 좋은 회사를 발표해왔으며, 지난해부터 구직자들에게 신뢰도 높은 지표를 제공하기 위해 ‘잡플래닛 어워즈’를 운영하고 있다.
이번 하반기 어워즈는 구직자가 실제 지원을 고려하는 산업 및 직무 중심으로 체계를 개편해 구직자들이 더욱 실질적인 참고 지표를 얻을 수 있도록 했다.
이번 어워즈는 상반기 잡플래닛에 등록된 기업 리뷰를 바탕으로 제조·화학, IT, 유통·무역, 미디어·디자인 등 4개 산업 부문과 개발, 기획, 마케팅, 영업 등 4개 직무 부문에서 부문별 상위 10개 기업을 선정해 총 80개의 수상 결과를 발표했다. 중복 수상을 제외한 실제 수상 기업은 총 59곳이다.
전체 기업 가운데 가장 높은 종합 점수를 기록한 SK하이닉스는 제조·화학 부문 1위와 함께 종합 대상을 차지했다.
기업 평가는 급여·복지, 승진 기회, 워라밸, 사내문화, 기업 추천율, 성장 가능성, CEO 지지율 등을 종합적으로 반영했다.
특히, 전·현직자가 작성한 실제 리뷰 데이터를 기반으로 하되, 직무 부문의 경우 기업 전체 평가가 아닌 해당 직무 재직자가 남긴 리뷰만 별도로 분석해 구직자가 자신의 직무 관점에서 기업을 보다 세밀하게 살필 수 있도록 한 것이 큰 특징이다.
이번 어워즈에서는 여러 부문에 동시에 이름을 올린 복수 부문 수상 기업들의 활약도 눈에 띄었다.
가장 많은 부문에서 상을 받은 기업은 네이버로, IT, 개발, 기획, 마케팅 등 4개 부문에서 수상했다. FRL코리아와 삼성전자는 각각 3개 부문에 이름을 올렸다.
이 외에도 CJ올리브영, LG유플러스, NHN애드, SK텔레콤, 나이키코리아, 대학내일, 스노우, 애니포인트미디어, 애드이피션시, 에이프리카, 오파스넷, 우아한형제들, 펑타이그레이터차이나, 현대자동차 등 14개사는 각각 2개 부문에서 수상했다.
