횡성군은 지난 20일 횡성읍 행정복지센터 대회의실에서 열린 ‘7월 22일 자 정기인사 임용장 수여식’에서 기존의 틀을 깬 ‘소통형 좌식 인사신고식’을 진행했다고 21일 밝혔다.

그동안 대부분의 지방자치단체 인사발령 신고식은 임용장 수여자와 대상자들이 장시간 선 채로 대기하는 이른바 ‘직립형’ 방식으로 굳어져 왔다. 하지만 이번 횡성군의 정기인사 신고식은 행사장 내에 의자를 전면 배치해, 임용장을 받는 63명의 공직자들이 편안하게 앉아 복무 소감을 나누는 등 한층 부드럽고 훈훈한 분위기 속에서 진행됐다.
