지금까지 우리 당 일부 인사들은 전기가 부족하다, 용수가 없다, 부지가 없다, 인력이 부족하다, 협력업체가 없다, 기업이 가지 않는다는 현실적인 문제를 주로 지적해 왔습니다.
그 지적은 틀리지 않습니다. 그러나 그런 이유만으로 손을 놓는 다면 대한민국 산업역사는 존재하지 않았을 것입니다. 포항제철도 없었을 것이고, 울산 조선도, 창원국가산단도, 평택과 화성의 반도체 산업도 없었을 것입니다.
보수정치는 원래 안 되는 이유를 말하는 정치가 아니라, 되게 만드는 정치였습니다. 그것이 진보와의 차이입니다. 국가의 어려운 과제를 현실로 만들어 내는 것이 보수의 정신이었습니다. 그래서 저는 국민의힘에 부탁드립니다.
광주전남 반도체 사업을 성공시키는 정당이 되어 주십시오. 국민의힘이 먼저 호남 반도체 성공 프로젝트를 선언해 주십시오. 그리고 선언에서 끝내지 말고 행동으로 보여 주십시오. 국회에 호남 반도체 특별지원 TF를 먼저 주도적으로 제안해 주십시오. 전력망 확충 특별법을 선제적으로 발의해 주십시오. 영산강과 주암댐을 포함한 산업용수 확보 방안을 정부보다 먼저 제시해 주십시오. 국가기간 송전망을 조기에 구축할 법과 예산을 먼저 제출해 주십시오. 반도체 기업이 가장 부담스러워하는 인허가 기간을 획기적으로 줄이는 법안을 마련해 주십시오.

Please submit the legislation and budget for the early construction of the national trunk transmission network. Please prepare legislation to drastically reduce the licensing period, which is the most burdensome factor for semiconductor companies.
