이재명 대통령이 17일 “헌법 핵심 이념은 국가가 국민을 위해 존재하고, 국가 권력은 국민으로부터 나오며 오로지 국민 이익·국가 미래를 위해 사용돼야 한다는 것”이라고 했다.
이 대통령은 제78회 제헌절인 이날 오후 청와대에서 열린 빛의 위원회 출범 기념 시민 초청 행사’에서 "그 누구도 헌법 위에 군림하려 해서 안 된며 헌법이란 대한민국 최고 규범이 실질적 내용 그대로 존중되는 사회를 꼭 만들었음 좋겠다”며 이같이 말했다.
