전남광주통합특별시의회 윤명희 의원(사진, 더불어민주당·장흥2)은 지난 14일 열린 행정소방위원회 광주인재교육원 업무보고에서 "보고자료가 의회의 심의와 점검에 필요한 최소한의 요건도 갖추지 못했다"며 강하게 질타했다.
윤 의원에 따르면, 이날 광주인재교육원이 제출한 업무보고서에는 기관의 전체 예산 규모를 비롯해 상반기 예산 집행액 및 집행률, 시설 현황, 하반기 추진계획 등 기관 운영의 뼈대가 되는 기본 현황이 통째로 빠져 있었던 것으로 드러났다.
윤 의원은 "업무보고는 단순히 기관이 추진하는 사업을 나열하는 자리가 아니다"라고 직격하며, "상반기에 어떤 사업을 추진했고 예산을 얼마나 집행했는지, 남은 기간에는 무엇을 어떻게 추진할 것인지 의원들이 명확히 확인할 수 있어야 한다"고 목소리를 높였다.
