[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] '제9회 창녕군수배 세계합기도대회'가 오는 18일부터 19일까지 이틀간 창녕군민체육관에서 열린다.

사단법인 비연관합기도협회가 주최·주관하고 창녕군, 창녕군의회, 창녕군체육회가 후원하는 이번 대회에는 국내 선수 450여 명과 독일, 미국, 멕시코 등 10개국 해외 선수 50여 명 등 모두 500여 명이 참가한다.

18일에는 유치부부터 일반부까지 맨손형(권법), 무기형(봉·검·쌍절곤), 호신술, 멀리낙법, 격파, 스피드발차기 등 6개 종목의 개인전이 진행된다. 오전 11시 개회식에서는 합기도 시범단 공연도 마련된다.

19일에는 성별과 부문 구분 없이 3인형과 5인형 단체전이 열린다. 맨손형과 무기형 연무를 대상으로 정확성, 예술성, 난이도, 숙련도 등을 종합 평가해 순위를 가린다.
