선거소청은 선거의 효력이나 당선 효력에 대해 선거관리위원회에 불복을 제기하는 행정심판 절차다. 현행 공직선거법에 따르면 선거소청은 선거일로부터 14일 이내에 제기해야 하므로, 이번 6·3 지방선거의 소청 기한은 오는 17일까지다.
