(재)김해인재양성재단(대표이사 원종하)과 대경대학교(총장 이채영)는 19일 지역 청년들의 취·창업 역량 강화와 '청년도약인재양성부트캠프' 사업의 성공적인 추진을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
그동안 지역 청년 창업가들은 훌륭한 아이디어가 있어도 인프라와 교육 자원이 수도권이나 특정 대도시에 집중되어 있어 지리적 한계에 부딪히기 일쑤였다.
김해인재양성재단은 이 같은 갈증을 해소하기 위해 문화·콘텐츠와 실무 교육에 강점을 지닌 대경대학교와 손을 잡고, 대학의 전문 인프라와 지자체의 행정력, 유관기관의 지원 네트워크를 하나로 묶어 김해 안에서 대도시 못지않은 고도화된 창업 생태계를 누릴 수 있도록 길을 연 것이다.
양 기관은 이번 협약을 기점으로 ‘청년도약인재양성부트캠프’를 즉각 가동하며, ▲초광역 창업교육 네트워크 구축 ▲창업교육 자원 공유 및 공동 프로그램 개발 ▲창업캠프, 멘토링, 경진대회 등 실전형 프로그램 공동 운영 ▲지역 특화산업 및 로컬·문화콘텐츠 기반 협력 사업 등이다. 이를 통해 청년들이 아이디어를 실제 사업화로 연결할 수 있도록 전 주기에 걸친 밀착 지원을 제공할 계획이다.
