박수현 더불어민주당 충남도지사 후보가 지역의 미래 주역인 청년 세대를 향해 전폭적인 지지와 실질적인 정책 지원을 약속하고 나섰다.
박 후보는 10일 천안 소재 선거사무소에서 김대중재단 청년위원회와 정책제안식을 갖고, 청년들이 마주한 현실적인 고민을 경청하며 이를 도정의 핵심 과제로 삼겠다는 의지를 피력했다.
이날 김대중재단 청년위원회는 취업과 창업, 주거 등 청년 삶 전반을 아우르는 ‘청년 맞춤형 5대 정책’을 공식 건의했다.
제안서에는 실무 역량 강화를 위한 ‘일 경험’ 및 ‘커리어 멘토링’ 연계 ,초기 창업자를 위한 단계별 ‘창업 인큐베이팅’ 지원체계 구축 ,청년 주거 안정을 위한 맞춤형 주거 지원 확대 ,문화 향유권 보장을 위한 ‘문화예술패스’ 개선 ,청년들의 정서적 안정을 돕는 ‘마음건강 지원 통합체계’ 구축 등이 담겼다.
박 후보는 청년들의 제안에 대해 “충남이 ‘청년정책의 공장’이라는 평가를 받을 수 있도록 끊임없이 정책을 생산하고 실행하겠다”며 강한 추진 의지를 보였다. 특히 그는 “김대중재단 충남도지부장으로서 청년위원회와 함께 이 길을 걷게 되어 더욱 뜻깊다”며 지속적인 파트너십을 당부했다.
