[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 한동훈 무소속 부산 북구갑 후보가 9일 출마 선언에서 이재명 대통령의 공소취소 시도를 "헌정질서 훼손"이라며 "대통령은 탄핵되어야 한다"고 강경하게 주장했다. 한 후보는 지역 발전과 보수 재건을 출마 이유로 제시하며 "반드시 승리한다"고 다짐했다.
한 후보는 이날 오후 북구 구포시장 인근에서 출마 기자회견을 열고 이재명 정권을 정면 비판했다. 그는 "대한민국 대통령이 자기들을 수사한 검찰을 없애고 자신이 기소돼 재판받는 사건을 감옥 안 가려고 공소 취소하려는 시도를 한다. 헌법과 사실과 상식의 문제다"라고 비판했다.
한 후보는 "분명히 말한다. 대통령 본인이 공소 취소 실제로 하면 그건 헌정 질서 문제고 대통령은 탄핵되어야 한다"고 단언했다. 그는 "우리는 스스로 배출한 대통령이 불법 저지른 것을 눈물 머금고 저지한 상식을 가진 사람들"이라며 "이재명 대통령이 공소 취소하면 탄핵해서 끌어내릴 자격이 있다. 내가 앞장선다"고 밝혔다.
민주당·특검 협잡 비판

한 후보는 "과거 보수는 권위주의 시대에서도 유능하다는 평가를 받았다. 지금은 정의로움과 유능함 모두 신뢰를 잃었다"고 지적했다. 그는 "그 둘을 바로 세우는 데 내 인생을 건다. 정의로움과 유능함 이 두 단어로 보수를 재건한다"고 밝혔다.
그는 "180석, 190석 여당 앞에 내가 들어가는 한 석이 의미 없어 보일 수 있다. 그렇지 않다. 나는 180대 1로 민주당 박살 내는 거 보여주지 않았나?"라며 "보수 재건의 길은 바로 여기서 내가 승리하는 것이다. 반드시 승리한다"라고 강한 의지를 내보였다.

한 후보는 "어버이날 전날 덕천로타리 근처에서 도마도와 채소를 판매하는 어머니가 건넨 찰밥과 나물을 먹었다"고 밝히며 "내가 오기를 기다리시며 싸오셨다고 한다. 어버이날에 아들이 드리지 못하고 받기만 해서 죄송하고 감사해서 눈물이 났다"고 말했다. 그러면서 "어머니와 시민들이 베푼 마음을 구포·덕천·만덕을 지난 20년과 차원이 다르게 발전시켜 갚는다"고 약속했다.
"북구, 20년간 우선순위 18번째"
한 후보는 "우리 북구는 지난 20년 동안 부산 18개 지역구 가운데 늘 우선순위 18번째였다. 항상 양보만 해온 을이었다"고 지적했다. 그는 "부산에 좋은 약속은 다른 곳으로 먼저 갔고 북구 차례는 항상 다음 순서로 미뤄졌다"고 비판했다.
한 후보는 "구포 어르신들은 옛 시장 활기를 추억으로만 간직하고 노후를 보낸다. 덕천 청년들은 자기 동네에서 머물 이유를 찾지 못한다. 만덕 학부모들은 자녀를 위해 더 좋은 학군을 바란다"고 지역 현안을 짚었다. 그는 "후포·덕천·만덕은 조용한 동네였지만 그 조용함은 체념의 의미이기도 했다"고 진단했다.
한 달 만에 변화 물결
한 후보는 "북구 온 지 한 달 동안 새벽부터 밤늦게 구포시장, 덕천 골목, 만덕 경로당을 돌며 주민들을 만났다"고 밝혔다. 그는 "어르신과 청년 상인들의 말씀은 한결같았다. '한동훈이 왔으니까 이제 우리도 바꿔보자. 발전해보자''라고 한다"고 강조했다.
한 후보는 "만덕에 이사 온 지 한 달 만에 북구가 전국 주목을 받는다. 지금이 북구를 부산 우선순위 1위, 대한민국 우선순위 1위로 바꿀 절호의 기회다"라고 주장했다.
출마 이유 ① "북구를 진짜 갑으로"
한 후보는 반드시 승리해야 할 첫째 이유로 "언제나 우선순위에서 밀리고 을이었던 북구를 제가 진짜 갑으로 바꾼다"고 밝혔다. 그는 "북구는 20년간 양보만 하고 참았다. 부산 곳곳에서 새 길이 뚫리고 새 역사가 들어서는 동안 북구 차례는 '다음 해, 다음 해라'는 말로 미뤄졌다"고 지적했다.
한 후보는 "북구에서 뽑은 정치인들은 장관도 되고 개인 영예를 누렸지만 북구 시민들은 후순위로 방치됐다. 긴 세월 묵묵히 기다린 주민들, 충분히 참았다. 이제 더 이상 참을 필요 없다. 내가 왔다"고 역설했다.
출마 이유 ② "보수 재건·정권 폭주 막는다"
한 후보는 둘째 이유로 "내가 보수를 재건해서 대한민국을 바로 세운다"고 주장했다. 그는 "지금 대한민국 정치는 좌우 균형추가 무너진 상태다. 대한민국은 좌우 양 날개가 정상 작동할 때 위대한 나라다. 지금은 오른쪽 날개가 꺾여 한쪽은 거침없이 폭주하고 다른 한쪽은 막을 힘조차 잃었다"고 진단했다.
한 후보는 지역 발전 공약을 제시하며 “북구를 부산·대한민국 1순위로 만들겠다”고 다짐했다. 그는 친근함에 미래를 더하는 정치를 강조하며 세 가지 구체적 비전을 약속했다.
"북구갑, 진짜 갑으로" 친근함 넘어 미래 비전
한 후보는 “이제 북구갑이 진짜 갑이 될 시간”이라며 “시민들의 아들·삼촌·형제·아저씨로서 섬기겠다”고 밝혔다. 그는 “친밀감과 성실함은 기본이지만 그 이상으로 미래를 더해야 좋은 정치”라며 “지금까지 정치는 누가 친절했는지 싸움만 있었지 성과가 없었다. 시민이 바라는 친근함·살가움에 정의와 미래를 더하겠다”고 했다.
첫째 공약: 빛나는 북구
한 후보는 빛나는 북구 첫 번째로 낙동강 개발을 제시했다. 그는 “낙동강 하면 가슴이 뜀. 여기서 대한민국을 지켰던 역사적 자산인데 지금까지 바라보기만 했다”며 “흐르는 강을 북구 심장이 뛰는 문화 중심으로 만들겠다”고 밝혔다.
그는 “400년 구포시장이 낡아 활기를 잃었으니 공연·전시·스포츠가 1년 내내 살아있는 영남권 대표 무대로 조성하겠다"고 했다. “낙동강 복합 아레나를 세워 환호와 감동이 넘치는 강변으로 되살리고 구포시장을 식자재 명품 시장으로 재탄생시켜 청년 상인과 전국 손님이 북적이는 곳으로 만들겠다”고 약속했다.

한 후보는 “잠자는 동네가 아닌 사람이 모이고 경제가 살아 움직이는 서부산 심장으로 동서 균형 맞추겠다”며 “20년 을로 참아온 만큼 이제 1순위 몫을 찾아온다. 안 된다고 말하지 말고 그냥 만들겠다”고 자신했다.
둘째 공약: 막힘 없는 북구
한 후보는 막힘 없는 북구 둘째로 교통 혁신을 약속했다. 그는 “매일 만덕터널 어두운 정체와 구포대교 좁은 도로에서 삶의 시간을 흘려보내고 있다. 길이 막히면 삶도 막힌다. 먼저 길을 뚫겠다”라고 했다.
그는 “미래 교통망 구축으로 막힌 혈관을 시원하게 뚫고 가변 차로·입체 도로망으로 출퇴근 한숨을 가족 저녁으로 바꾸겠다”며 “저평가된 자산 가치 끌어올려 주민 품격 높이겠다. 북구는 이미 살기 좋은 곳, 제가 보증한다”고 거듭 자신했다.
셋째 공약: 든든한 북구
한 후보는 든든한 북구 셋째로 교육·복지 강화를 제시했다. 그는 “한 달 전 북구를 모르는 이도 많았지만 이제 대한민국 중심으로 바뀌고 있다. 북구 사는 게 최고 교육·복지 상징이 돼야 한다”고 강조했다.
그는 “만덕에 교육·돌봄 통합 명품 에듀타운 조성하고 학원·돌봄 누리고 안전 통학버스·비탈길 책임지겠다. 부모 소득이 아이 미래 가르지 않는 북구 만들겠다”고 약속했다. 이어 “기초연금 하후상박도 개선하고 경로당을 건강·여가·디지털 스마트 공간으로 바꾼다. 평생 노동 보답받아 동네서 존엄하게 살게 하겠다”고 다짐했다.
한 후보는 “아이 교실부터 어르신 거실까지 희망 닿는 일상, 사람이 모이고 돈 흐르는 북구를 만들겠다. 청년 떠나지 않고 북적이는 곳. 지난 20년 못한 퀀텀 점프, 저만이 할 수 있고 해내야 한다”고 강조했다.
한 후보는 어버이날 찰밥에 “밥심으로 론스타와 싸워 7조 혈세 지킨 유능함, 법무부 장관 때 공사 철저 구분, 계엄 막은 책임감으로 북구 바꾸겠다”고 했다. 그는 "앞으로도 어떤 상황이 있어도 저는 국민을 먼저 선택할 것"이라고 했다.
그는 "여기서 끝까지 간다"면서 "고난을 겪더라도 잘못된 건 잘못됐다고 말하면서 계엄을 막아냈던 그 책임감으로 애국심으로 북구를 갑부로 만들고 보수를 재건해서 대한민국을 지켜내겠다. 북구를 부산의 1순위, 대한민국의 1순위로 만들겠다"고 거듭 다짐하며 지지를 호소했다.
