이재명 대통령이 12일 "(청년 탈모치료는) 건강보험 적용 여부를 바로 결정 말고 사회적 토론·공론화 대상으로 삼아 의견을 더 모아보면 좋겠다"고 참모진에 주문했다고 청와대가 전했다.
강유정 대변인은 이날 오후 브리핑을 통해 오전 제23차 수석보좌관회의에서 이 대통령이 사회수석실로부터 탈모 치료 건강보험 적용 확대 방안 보고를 받고 "정책 결정에 참고하려면 국민 누구나 편히 의견 낼 공간을 마련하는 게 중요하다"며 이같이 말했다고 전했다.
그러면서 "의료보험 지출 관련해 경증 외래 진료 시 본인 부담금 상향 방안이 검토되고 있는지, 급여 남용 관련 대책은 잘 마련하고 있는가"라며 "불필요한 과잉 진료·부당 청구를 근절할 구조적 대책을 준비하고 있는가"라고 물었다.
또 포괄임금제 개선에 대해 "노사정이 법제화하기로 합의해 법률 개정을 추진 중이나 개정 전이라도 하위 법령·지침 등을 통해 시행 가능한 건 먼저 시행하는 게 좋지 않겠느냐"고 제안했다.
이어 정무수석실이 발표한 워케이션 센터 확충 방안 관련해선 "지역 활성화에 도움 되는 아주 좋은 생각"이라며 "워케이션 시설 확충에 적극적인 지방 정부와 협업해 이용자에 대한 실효성 있는 지원을 한다면 지역 활성화에 효과 있을 걸로 기대된다"고 말했다.
