<브레이크뉴스 홍천 = 이건문 기자> 홍천군보건소가 바쁜 일상 속에서도 스마트하게 건강을 챙길 수 있는 비대면 건강관리 프로그램을 선보인다.
홍천군보건소는 지역 주민들의 만성질환 예방과 자가 건강관리 능력 향상을 위해 ‘2026년 모바일 헬스케어 사업’을 추진하고, 오는 19일부터 참여 대상자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.
‘모바일 헬스케어’는 보건소 전문가가 모바일 앱(APP)과 스마트 밴드(활동량계)를 활용해 6개월간 대상자의 건강 상태를 실시간으로 모니터링하고, 1:1 맞춤형 건강 상담을 제공하는 서비스다. 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 생활 습관을 개선할 수 있어 직장인 등에게 인기가 높다.
모집 대상은 홍천군에 거주하거나 홍천 소재 직장에 다니는 만 19세~64세 성인 중, 혈압·공복혈당·허리둘레 등 건강 위험 요인(대사증후군)을 1개 이상 보유한 사람이다. 단, 이미 고혈압이나 당뇨병, 고지혈증 진단을 받았거나 관련 약물을 복용 중인 만성질환자는 참여가 제한된다. 모집 인원은 선착순 60명이다.
