(무안=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자=전남RISE센터가 지역 대학 및 전문기관과 손을 잡고 사회적 난제로 떠오른 중독 문제 해결을 위해 디지털 기술을 접목한 초광역 회복 지원 체계 구축에 나선다.
전남RISE센터(전남인재평생교육진흥원 산하)는 지난 10일 목포가톨릭대학교 꿈토피아에서 조선대학교, 부산가톨릭대학교, 한국중독전문가협회와 함께 ‘중독 12단계 회복 프로그램 앱 개발을 위한 초광역 사업 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 전통적인 중독 회복 방식인 ‘12단계 프로그램’을 디지털 앱으로 전환해 접근성을 높이고, 보다 체계적인 회복 지원 시스템을 구축하기 위해 추진됐다. 참여 기관들은 각 대학과 기관이 보유한 상담·치료·연구 역량을 결집해 프로그램의 전문성과 현장 적용성을 극대화할 방침이다.
특히 이번 사업은 지역적 경계를 넘어 전남과 광주, 부산을 잇는 초광역 인적·물적 자원 교류를 활성화한다는 점에서 의미가 크다. 참여 기관들은 공동 연구를 통해 지역사회 중독 문제에 대한 지속 가능한 대응 기반을 마련하고, 새로운 형태의 중독 회복 협업 모델을 제시할 계획이다.
전남RISE센터는 이번 협약을 계기로 지역 대학의 전문성이 실질적인 지역민의 삶의 질 향상으로 이어질 수 있도록 사업 관리와 연계 지원에 총력을 기울일 예정이다.
