<브레이크뉴스 포천=이용하 기자> 포천시가 고령층과 저소득층의 안전한 생활권 보장 및 주거 환경 고도화를 위해 ‘어르신 안전하우징’과 ‘햇살 하우징’ 사업 대상자를 모집한다.
21일 포천시에 따르면, 이번 사업은 취약계층 주택 내 안전사고를 예방하고 난방비 등 경제적 부담을 완화하기 위해 마련됐다. 선정된 가구에는 최대 500만 원 한도 내에서 주거 환경 개선을 위한 주택 개보수 비용이 지원된다.
2026년도 공급 물량은 어르신 안전하우징 7가구, 햇살 하우징 3가구다. 지원 대상은 어르신 안전하우징의 경우 만 65세 이상 기초연금 수급자이며, 햇살 하우징은 기준중위소득 50% 이하 가구가 해당된다.
세부 지원 내용을 살펴보면, ‘어르신 안전하우징’은 낙상 사고 방지 등 일상생활 편의성에 초점을 맞췄다.
