대전 서구 도마동 일원이 뷰티산업과 주민 생활이 어우러진 새로운 활력 거점으로 탈피한다. 서구는 21일 도마동 105-77번지 현장에서 ‘도솔마을 직주락 허브(대전뷰티산업진흥원)’ 조성 사업의 시작을 알리는 기공식을 개최했다.
이날 기공식에는 이장우 대전광역시장과 서철모 서구청장을 포함해 지역 시·구의원, 도마2동 주민협의체 관계자 등 100여 명이 참석해 사업의 성공적인 추진을 기원했다.
‘도솔마을 직주락 허브’는 이름 그대로 일(직), 주거(주), 여가(락)가 한 공간에서 유기적으로 연결되는 복합 테마 공간이다. 총 144억 원의 대규모 사업비가 투입되며, 연면적 2,232.91㎡ 부지에 지하 1층부터 지상 3층 규모로 건립될 예정이다.
