계엄령은 민주주의의 수치를 넘어선 국가적 오욕이다. 이 반역사는 반드시 철저히 청산해야 한다.
2024년 12월3일, 1년 전, 참담함과 결연한 각오로 국회 앞에 모여 함께 외치며 계엄령을 막아냈던 기억이 생생하다. 계엄이 끝난 지 1년이 지났지만, 국가·국민통합·민생은 얼마나 달라졌는가? 윤석열 당시 대통령이 이재명 대통령으로 바뀐 것 말고는 바뀐 것이 거의 없다. 입법 폭력은 여전하고, 행정부 권력까지 틀어쥔 거대 권력이 사법 권력마저 장악하려는 삼권분립 파괴의 괴물독재가 눈앞에 다가와 있다. 헤프닝 같았던 겨우 6시간짜리 계엄이 벌써 1년! 8760시간 째다. 대장동 일당 투자수익보다 많은 1,460배를 우려먹고 튀겨먹고 있는 셈이다!
끝난 계엄을 계속 되새김질하며 국민을 불안하게 하고 국격을 무너뜨리고 있다. 이재명 정권! 그야말로 ‘계엄팔이 정권’이다. 계엄은 윤석열 대통령이 했는데, 계엄사령관 노릇은 이재명 대통령이 하고 있다. 계엄령의 최대 수혜자는 바로 이재명이다. 피의자 신분으로 대통령이 됐고, 그 변호인들이 국정을 장악했다. 법치는 무너졌고, 국정은 혼란이다. 민생은 고물가·고환율로 더 힘들어지고 있다. 이 모든 시작이 "계엄령"이었고,바로 ‘계엄팔이’가 지속시키고 였는 것이다.

야당도 결단해야 한다! 윤석열·김건희의 늪에서 빠져나와야 한다! 계엄의 강을 건너 제1야당답게 싸워야 한다! 계엄의 강 건너편에서 효과 없는 싸움을 할 게 아니라, 계엄의 강을 도하하여 효과 있는 견제와 국민의 신뢰를 받는 값진 투쟁을 해야 한다. “윤석열 어게인”이라는 망상으로 이재명 정권에게 ‘계엄타령, 내란팔이’의 구실을 더 이상 제공해서는 안 된다. 이재명 정권의 핑계와 구실을 단호하게 끊어내야 한다. 국민의 신뢰 회복이 무엇보다 우선이다. 민주주의 붕괴, 괴물독재 출현과 민생의 위기를 반드시 막아내야 한다.
