[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 창원파티마병원(병원장 박진미)이 혈관조영센터의 혈관조영 및 중재시술 80,000례를 달성했다.
창원파티마병원은 23일 심장내과, 신경과, 신경외과, 영상의학과 등 관련 진료과 의료진 및 직원들이 참석한 가운데 기념식을 가졌다.
이어 문성욱 혈관조영센터장을 비롯해 손대곤 의무원장, 신경외과 최영준 과장, 신경과 윤창효 과장 그리고 8만번째 시술을 집도한 심장내과 이일수 과장까지 소감을 밝혔다.
또한 8만번째 시술을 받은 환자에게 감사의 인사와 선물을 전하기도 했다.
창원파티마병원은 2002년 혈관조영실을 개설하여 2월 18일 첫 혈관조영촬영을 시작으로 현재까지 총 8만례의 혈관조영 및 중재시술을 누적했다.
2011년 혈관조영실을 2실로 확장 이전했으며, 2023년 총 3실로 확장하여 고성능 장비를 도입하고, 올해 1월에는 혈관조영실을 혈관조영센터로 승격해 운영 중이다.

특히 창원파티마병원은 ▲대한뇌졸중학회 ’재관류치료 뇌졸중센터‘ 인증 ▲대한신경중재치료의학회 ’신경중재치료 인증병원‘ 지정 ▲대한심혈관중재학회 ’심혈관 중재시술 인증기관‘ 지정으로 심뇌혈관질환의 진단 및 치료에 있어 수준 높은 의료서비스를 제공하는 기관임을 인정받았다.
최근 심장전용 혈관조영장비 ’아주리온(Philips Azurion 7M12)‘을 도입했으며, 심근경색, 협심증, 부정맥 등 심장혈관계 질환 환자에게 최적의 영상을 구현하여 더욱 안전하고 정밀한 진단 및 치료를 제공하고 있다.
