【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=옥천군 공무원들을 대상으로 하는 2024년 국내벤치마킹·국외테마연수 보고회가 12일 군청 대회의실에서 개최됐다.
국내벤치마킹 4팀, 국외테마연수 3팀 총 7개 팀 약 70여 명이 참석한 가운데, 이날 보고회는 국내벤치마킹, 국외테마연수 순으로 발표가 진행됐다.
국내벤치마킹 부문에서는 △도서관 만들기 △의료취약지 보건의료 행복버스 운영 △방방곡곡 건강한 옥천만들기 △공공체육시설 예약시스템 구축 4건의 국내 선진지방자치단체의 우수한 행정사례를 벤치마킹해 적극적이고 창의적인 선진행정을 군에 도입하기 위한 사례가 발표됐다.
국외테마연수 부문에서는 △동유럽의 관광정책 비교 견학 △가족친화적 환경 조성을 위한 선진국의 복지제도 벤치마킹 △치유농업센터 조성 3건의 국외 선진제도 및 문화를 체험할 수 있는 주제들이 발표됐다.
군 관계자는 “국내외 우수사례 체험을 통해 능동적이고 급변하는 행정 환경에 능동적이고 발 빠르게 대처할 수 있는 능력을 향상할 수 있는 좋은 프로그램”이라며 “이번 보고회를 통해 우수한 사례들을 우리 군에 반영해 의미 있는 성과를 만들기 위해 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
군은 우수사례를 선정해 오는 30일에 시상할 예정이라고 밝혔다.
