[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원시는 10일 거제 벨버디어에서 경남도와 함께 ‘2024 제조산업 특화 초거대 제조 AI 서비스 개발 및 실증 사업 성과보고회’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이날 행사는 경남도, 창원시, 한국산업단지공단, 컨소시엄 관계자 및 전문가 등이 참석한 가운데 제조산업 특화 초거대 제조 AI 1차연도 수행에 따른 각 영역별 성과 및 우수사례를 발표하고 차년도 계획에 대한 추진 방향을 논의하기 위해 마련됐다.
해당 사업은 지난 4월 산업부 공모에 선정되어 2026년까지 총 227억원을 투입해 초거대 AI가 수요기업의 제조 데이터를 사람처럼 스스로 학습하고 추론해, 품질관리와 생산공정의 최적 상태를 찾고 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 제조AI 솔루션을 개발 중에 있다.
성과보고회에서는 △ 초거대 제조AI 생태계 활성화를 위한 협의체 및 네트워킹 운영 △품질관리체계 구축 및 개발 기술의 적합성 검증 △제조 영상 데이터 AI 모델 개발 △수요기업 제조 데이터 수집 서버 구축 △인력양성을 위한 제조AI 전문 커리큘럼 개발 등에 대한 성과 발표 및 초거대 제조AI의 이해와 활용을 위한 기술세미나도 함께 진행됐다.
홍남표 시장은 “이번 성과보고회를 통해 제조업에 초거대 제조AI 기반을 구축해 디지털전환, 인공지능전환을 선도하겠다”며 “미래 50년을 이끌어 나갈 수 있는 초일류 제조혁신 생태계 조성을 통해 창원 산업혁신파크를 목표로 창원국가산업단지 글로벌 경쟁력을 강화해 나갈 것”이라고 밝혔다.
