단양군, '24년 빈집발생예방 포럼 주택 활용방안 모색

【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=단양군은 오는 11일 올누림센터 4층 강당에서 ‘2024년 단양군 빈집발생예방 포럼’을 개최한다고 밝혔다.

단양군 농촌활성화지원센터에서 주관한 이번 포럼은 지방소멸에 대응하고 저출산·고령화에 따른 인구감소 등 다양한 이유로 발생하는 빈집을 예방할 수 있도록 선제적이고 차별화된 대응 방안을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다.

이번 포럼은 사업 배경 설명과 조학준 ㈜알앤씨 대표이사의 ‘단양군 행정리 2개소의 주택현황 및 설문조사 결과’ 발표, 백민석 세명대 도시경제부동산학과 교수의 ‘단양군 행정리 2개소의 통계분석 자료를 통한 지자체형 주택 활용방안 제안’, 패널토론 및 질의응답 순으로 진행될 예정이다.

군 관계자는 “이번 포럼을 통해 빈집 문제에 대한 체계적인 분석과 구체적인 해결 방안을 모색하고, 지역사회와 협력해 실효성 있는 대책을 마련할 수 있길 기대한다”며 “단양군의 지속 가능한 발전을 위해 주민들의 적극적인 참여와 협조가 필요하다”고 말했다.
