대전테크노파크, 대전 지역 반도체 기업과 기술교류회 개최

대전테크노파크(이하 대전TP)는 지난 3일 대전 지역 주요 반도체 관련 기업과 관계자들과 함께 ‘대전 시스템반도체 성과 및 기술교류회’를 개최했다고 4일 밝혔다.

이번 교류회에는 대전 지역 반도체 기업과 방위사업청, 국방반도체사업단, 나노종합기술원, 한국전자통신연구원 등 산·학·연·관 전문가 50여 명이 참석하여 성황을 이뤘다.

행사는 대전 시스템반도체 기술 지원사업의 성과와 반도체 기업의 보유 기술 및 비즈니스 전략 등 우수사례를 공유하는 자리로 마련되었으며, 국방 반도체 기술의 최신 경향과 전망에 대한 전문가 발표도 진행되었다.

우수사례 발표는 두 개 기업이 나섰다. 한국과학기술원(KAIST)의 CXL(Compute Express Link) 팹리스 스타트업인 ㈜파네시아는 반도체 설계 사례 및 투자유치 등 주요 추진 성과를 발표하였고, ㈜디에스전자는 질화갈륨(GaN) 반도체가 적용된 마이크로파집적회로(MMIC) 기술개발과 K-방산의 반도체 국산화에 대한 성과를 소개했다.

이어 ㈜실리콘알엔디의 대표이사인 어윤성 광운대학교 교수는 특별강연을 통해 국방 시스템반도체 소개 및 발전 전략을 주제로 대전의 국방반도체 발전을 위한 제안을 했다.

김우연 대전TP 원장은 “대전시 6대 핵심 전략산업 중 하나인 나노·반도체 산업이 과학수도 대전에서 도약할 수 있도록 노력 중”이라며, “특히 국방 분야 반도체 기술개발과 상용화가 이어지는 밸류체인 조성을 통해 대한민국 국방반도체 중심도시 대전이 될 수 있도록 최선을 다할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
