인천에 위치한 해당 건물은 경량목구조이며 총면적은 176.73㎡, 설계 및 시공은 더존하우징이 맡았다.
지붕은 리얼징크, 외벽은 세라믹사이딩을 적용했고 창호는 독일식 3중 유리창호를 설치해 단열까지 신경썼다.
전원주택은 펼쳐져 있어 자연과 함께 호흡할 수 있는 곳이며, 창밖으로는 아름다운 산과 계곡을 감상할 수 있다면 금상첨화가 아닐까 생각한다. 또한 전원주택의 내부에는 넓은 거실과 편안한 소파, 나무 테이블 등에 가족이 모여 이야기를 나누는 모습은 우리가 이상적으로 그리는 풍경이다.
