김광열 영덕군수, 대한민국 지식경영대상 지방행정혁신 부문 수상

대한민국 지식경영 대상은 2013년 지식경영 교수단체가 제정해 한국대학발명협회, 과학기술단체총연합회, ESG 메타버스발전연구원, 한국경제경영연구원 등 20개 교수단체와 언론사, 국제 지식경영기구 WIIPA 등이 공동주관하고 후원하는 대회다.

올해 시상은 2023년 정치, 공공기관 및 지방자치, 학술 및 교육, 기업인 분야에서 새로운 혁신적 가치를 창출하고 국가산업 및 사회 발전에 기여한 지식경영인을 대상으로 포상심사위원회가 심의를 거쳐 최종 수상자를 선정했다.
